Meteorologists
Our top-notch group of meteorologists specializes in atmospheric evaluations across the U.S. As part of their responsibilities they:
- Research and identify high quality wind project locations.
- Produce 30 meter resolution maps for every project.
- Provide wind resource estimates and maps for client specific projects.
- Our mesoscale wind resource maps include long term annual average wind speed estimates at various turbine hub heights, as well as wind speed and direction distributions.
- Use GH WindFarmer software to assist with turbine placement.

Environmentalists
Our Environmental Staff reviews each proposed project to ensure feasibility, minimal environmental impacts to wildlife and habitat, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Components of our studies include the following:
- Fatal Flaw Analysis of proposed project areas.
- Preliminary Environmental Assessment Reports that encompass specific state delineated ecoregion information, endangered species and species of concern, water resources, land use, and archeological and cultural designations.
- Assurance that project scope meets requirements of Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, National Historical Preservation Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and other federal and state requirements.
Land Acquisition Specialists
Once a site is identified and deemed worthy, we utilize our team of in house specialists and Leasing Agents to work with landowners, the local community and state agencies in forming partnerships that support wind energy development. These professionals are passionate about the renewable energy business. They’ve been doing it for many years and have the depth and knowledge that our clients and landowners trust.
Our company has negotiated wind energy leases across the nation totaling more than 2000 megawatts of wind energy production. We pride ourselves on forming long lasting relationships with our landowners, other wind energy developers and the communities in which our projects are built.
