As a part of the Hilliard Family of Companies, Hilliard Construction began in the construction industry as a general contracting company, helping the Permian Basin with construction projects during its time of flourishing economical growth. After building many successful projects, recently, Hilliard Construction aimed itself towards contributing its construction knowledge to the wind power industry.

In early 2007, Hilliard Construction started on its first wind project. We initially began installing gates and cattle guards on construction road right-of-ways. Though slight, these initial projects have helped Hilliard expand its services to many other aspects during construction phases of wind projects.

Our early history also includes onsite construction management for our co-developers and project owners. This onsite team works in conjunction with developers, project owners, land owners and contractors to help resolve issues, communicate, ensure safety and report construction progress to the vested parties involved. Hilliard also works hand in hand with utility and pipeline field representatives to insure proper construction of right-of-way crossings in accordance with guidelines set forth in encroachment contracts. Hilliard Construction representation allows for an accurate account and perspective to what is happening on a daily basis onsite.
